12.29.06: Thanks to Scott and his family, we've added some great pictures from Hi-5's shows at The NY Times Great Read in the Park in Bryant Park. Scott, thanks as always for sharing your wonderful pictures with us!

12.28.06: Today we've added a few nice photos from Hi-5's September shows at Sesame Place in Langhorne, PA, thanks to Megan and "Birthday Girl" Kelsey. :) Thank you again for sharing your photos with us!

12.27.06: We really hope everyone has been enjoying the holiday season this year! We're excited to note that dates and locations keep being confirmed for Hi-5's 2007 winter tour (newest, Hartford, CT), so please remember to check our Hi-5 Appearances section for all of the details. We're also catching up on some photo updates this week, and today we've added some great pictures from Hi-5's 2006 shows at the PNE in Vancouver, thanks to Marsha and her family and to Eudora and her family. Thank you so much for sharing your great photos with us! More updates are on deck, so stay tuned...

12.20.06: We're excited to point out that new shows have just been added to Hi-5's tour stop at the Nokia Theatre in NYC, on February 18th! Tickets for these shows will go on sale soon. We also want to encourage everyone to buy their new Hi-5 DVDs at Target, now or in the next several weeks. The sales information gathered at Target over the next few weeks will be used to establish upcoming Hi-5 merchandise availability there. So get your Hi-5 DVDs at Target now! :)

12.15.06: Wow, there are so many great things going on these days, it's hard to keep up with it all! But it's all good! Today we're excited to announce that in early February Curtis will reprise the title role in "Blue Lou and the Bullyfish," courtesy of Big Splash Productions, for several performances at The Ritz Theatre in New Jersey. We also want to point out the cool new ad we've included here for the kickoff to Hi-5's 2007 winter tour.

12.12.06: Tickets for the opening of Hi-5's 2007 winter tour are on sale now at Ticketmaster. More dates and locations will be announced very soon!

12.10.06: Lots of fun items today!

  • First, we're really happy to congratulate Isabelle Marinello for winning our holiday giveaway! :) We truly hope you enjoy your gifts!
  • Also, we want to mention that there's a great clip of Hi-5's recent appearance on "Today" right here.
  • We also want to give a shout-out to Trish from Memphis and her Hi-5 MySpace site, a great place to find out what's going with the entire Hi-5 gang!
  • Finally, we want to point out that tickets for the first leg of Hi-5's new tour go on pre-sale tomorrow at Ticketmaster. More dates and locations will be announced soon!

    12.8.06: We want to congratulate Curtis, Jenn, Kimee, Sydney, and Yasmeen for their great appearance on the "Today" show this morning. They announced that Hi-5 will be kicking off their new tour on February 17th at the Nokia Theatre in NYC! Here is some more info on Ticketmaster. Stay tuned for more details!

    12.7.06: A reminder to everyone to watch Hi-5 on NBC's "Today" show tomorrow, where they will be helping with the holiday toy drive and singing to the crowd on Rockefeller Plaza. Also, we're happy to mention that Curtis' recent interview with radio host Scott Chesney is now available here (look for "Climbing the Ladder to Success" in the On Demand clips). Enjoy! We also want to point out that there are some great new customized Hi-5 watches available for purchase.

    12.5.06: First, today's the day to get the latest Hi-5 DVDs, "Action Heroes" and "Move Your Body," which are now available for purchase at Target, Borders, FYE, and K-Mart stores nationwide. Make sure to get your copies! ;) Second, we want to congratulate Curtis on his radio interview yesterday. We'll link to the interview soon.

    12.4.06: Just a reminder to listen to Curtis on the radio at 3:00 PM ET today on www.voice.voiceamerica.com as he is the featured guest on this week's broadcast of "Maximizing Life with Scott Chesney." Way to go, Curtis!

    12.1.06: A few things today as we start a really busy and exciting December for Hi-5:
  • First, our holiday giveaway is underway! To help celebrate the upcoming holidays, Curtis is giving away a new plush Jup Jup and a copy of "It's a Hi-5 Christmas" with his autograph! If you'd like a chance to win, contact us at curtis.site@gmail.com with an
    e-mail titled "Holiday Giveaway" and let us know. We'll announce the winner on December 10th.
  • Second, we want to point out that fans in LA, Chicago, and Dallas should be tuning in to Radio Disney to listen for Hi-5 promo spots and a chance to win a phone call from Kimee, Jenn, or Curtis!
  • Third, be sure to keep your eyes open for Hi-5's great "Sleigh Ride" video, which will be shown on Discovery Kids and TLC throughout the month. We'll also be adding this great clip to the website next week!

    11.29.06: We've got a really fun update today:
  • First, we hope you'll listen to Curtis on the radio next Monday, December 4th, at 3:00 PM ET, as he is the featured guest on the online radio program "Maximizing Life with Scott Chesney" on www.voice.voiceamerica.com! More details can be found here.
  • Second, we've added some great video clips and pictures from Curtis' recent performance in "Blue Lou and the Bullyfish," thanks to the ever-awesome Theresa. We hope you enjoy them!

    11.27.06: Fun news! Hi-5 Fans in the LA area will be able to see Kimee and Jenn at the Brea Mall this weekend, where they'll signing autographs and assisting with special Hi-5 giveaways! We've got more information in our Hi-5 Appearances section.

    11.26.06: With today's update we want to point out Hi-5's many TV appearances in December and encourage fans in NYC to attend one or more events! Today we've also added some great pictures from Hi-5's shows in Bloomington in September, thanks to Kim, Bella, and Sophia. Thanks so much for sending us your great photos! And finally, we're excited to mention that terrific light-up Hi-5 watches are now available for purchase, just in time for the holidays. :)

    11.19.06: Wow, we have so many things to report today we hardly know where to begin! :) OK, let's give it a shot:
  • First, in anticipation of the release of Hi-5's 2 new DVDs, Radio Disney will start airing Hi-5 promotional spots in select markets beginning November 30th. Lucky fans in the LA, Chicago, and Dallas areas will get a chance to win a new DVD and even receive a phone call from a Hi-5 cast member (Kimee in LA, Jenn in Chicago, and Curtis in Dallas)!
  • Radio Disney will also be hosting fun "Sunrise with Santa" events, complete with with new Hi-5 giveaways, at locations in LA and Chicago. We'll have some more details about these events soon.
  • Speaking of giveaways, in a little while we'll announce details about our own holiday giveaway here at www.curtiscregan.com. We'll be giving away a new plush Jup Jup and a copy of "It's a Hi-5 Christmas" autographed by Curtis! Stay tuned for more details.
  • And thanks to Kiyoko and Sakura, we've added some great new pictures from Hi-5's shows at the PNE in Vancouver this year. Thank you so much for sharing your photos with us!

    11.8.06: This past weekend Curtis starred in "Blue Lou and the Bullyfish", a musical storybook that gently addresses the topics of bullying and peer pressure in children. Curtis was happy to participate in this worthwhile project as a means of furthering his commitment to children. Way to go, Curtis!

    11.2.06: We're excited to mention that Hi-5 will be making their fourth appearance on NBC's "Today" show on December 8th! Can't wait!

    11.1.06: We have yet more Hi-5 merchandise news today. :) First, great new Hi-5
    T-shirts     for girls and boys are now available, and some more detailed information about the 2 new Hi-5 DVDs to be released in December can be found here.

    10.25.06: It's really hard to keep up with all of the amazing Hi-5 merchandise news lately! Hi-5 flashing deely boppers have just been added to the great offerings available at www.tystoybox.com. We also wanted to mention that Curtis has been involved with a few fun side projects recently, including a Broadway holiday CD and a children's anti-bullying cause.

    10.23.06: There's some more great merchandise news today! You can now purchase plush Jup Jup hand puppets and Hi-5 flashing pins at online toy store www.tystoybox.com.

    10.16.06: We've added some more great pictures from Hi-5's shows at the PNE in Vancouver, thanks to Bonnie, Daelen, and Evan. Thank you so much for sharing your super photos with us.

    10.13.06: Today we have some more great merchandise news! Some Hi-5 clothing has just become available at www.tystoybox.com, including shirts, skirts, a hoodie, sweatpants, and Action Hero capes! This fantastic info (plus clickable pics) has been added to our Hi-5 Merchandise section, too.

    10.10.06: Great news! It's just been announced that 2 brand new Hi-5 DVDs, "Action Heroes" and "Move Your Body," will be arriving in Target stores on December 5th. Some more information can be found in our Hi-5 Merchandise section and on the Official Hi-5 website.

    10.9.06: Today we're adding some great pictures from Hi-5's June shows at Sesame Place in Langhorne, PA, courtesy of Megan and Kelsey. Thanks so much for sending us these great pictures!     9.25.06: In honor of the new "Hi-5" episodes starting today on Discovery Kids, we wanted to add some great pictures of Hi-5 in all of their newest Song of the Week outfits (including last season too). We hope you enjoy them.

    9.18.06 We're excited to mention that all-new "Hi-5" episodes will premiere next Monday, September 25th, on Discovery Kids at 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM ET (note: the following week the schedule changes to 6:30 and 9:30 AM ET). We'll also mention that we've got some really great updates in store, including June pictures from Sesame Place, September pictures and video from Sesame Place, and pictures from this year's PNE. Stay tuned for some great things to come!

    9.11.06 We're traveling back to last year's PNE in Vancouver as we add a few great pictures courtesy of Marsha, Caralee, and Xavier. Thanks so much for sharing your super photos with us.

    9.6.06: Today we're adding a new picture from Hi-5's shows in Los Angeles and some great photos from Hi-5's recent shows in Vancouver. We extend a huge thanks to Sheila for the LA photo and to Jim and his family for the PNE pictures. Coming soon: Some more pictures from this year's PNE, last year's PNE, and Sesame Place.

    8.23.06: Fun news! Karla will be appearing in "Drift" at The New York Musical Theatre Festival from September 13-17. Details can be found here. Break a leg, Karla! :) -- and thanks to Theresa for pointing out this great info! Also, in case you didn't catch them yet with our Press photos, we want to highlight a couple of great pictures of Hi-5's newest cast members, Yasmeen and Sydney.

    8.19.06: With today's update we want to extend our heartfelt welcome to the newest Hi-5 cast members, who made their debut today at the PNE in Vancouver: Yasmeen Sulieman and Sydney James! We also want to send our very best wishes to Karla Cheatham-Mosley and Shaun Taylor-Corbett (check him out in Altar Boyz!), who will always remain in our Hi-5 hearts :) and whose careers we'll continue to follow (and report on here)! Stay tuned for some pictures of the 'new' Hi-5!

    8.10.06: We've got a great update today!
  • First, some wonderful Hi-5 backpacks have JUST become available for purchase, and you can buy them right here, just in time for school! ;) Our Hi-5 Merchandise section will continue to be updated as new merchandise (such as children's clothing) becomes available, so stay tuned.
  • Also, we've added a couple of great pictures from Hi-5's appearance on NBC's "Today" show in June. We want to thank Clarissa and Stasi for the wonderful picture of Curtis and his fiancee Jenn.
  • Finally, we want to say how excited we are about next week, when Hi-5 will be premiering an all-new live stage show at the PNE in Vancouver. And, as members of The Hi-5 mailing list know, there's lots of other amazing news for Hi-5 right now, so stay tuned for some really exciting info!

    8.6.06: Hi-5 has a busy schedule over the next few months! Stay tuned to our Hi-5 Appearances section for information about Hi-5's busy calendar this summer and fall.

    8.1.06: We've updated our Hi-5 Appearances section with the announcement that Hi-5 will be premiering an all-new live stage show at the PNE in Vancouver later this month. As Curtis reports today from Sydney, Australia: "We're having a great time here and are VERY excited about the new show!" Stay tuned for an upcoming update, when we'll be featuring a few great pictures from Hi-5's appearance on "Today" in June.

    7.28.06: While the members of the Hi-5 gang remain busy in Australia recording their new album and rehearsing their new live stage show, we thought we'd add some great pictures from Hi-5's shows at the South Street Seaport in June.     7.12.06: Today we've added a fantastic picture featuring Curtis and his fiancee Jenn. We hope you enjoy it!

    7.7.06: We have a few items today!
  • First and foremost, we want to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Jennifer Peterson-Hind and Tom Korbee on their recent marriage. We're so happy for both of you! :)
  • Second, we want to point out that a new mailing list for fans of Curtis Cregan has been formed today, and you are welcome to join it right here.

    6.26.06: We went to point out that starting today, "Hi-5"' episodes will be televised with a new schedule on Discovery Kids, at both 9:00 and 9:30 AM ET. We also want to link to this great article about Hi-5, which even includes a small quote from Curtis. :)

    6.12.06: We want to congratulate Curtis, Jenn, Karla, Kimee, and Shaun for their great performance on the "Today" show this morning! We also want to mention that we'll be adding some great photos to the site soon, from the LA Times Festival of Books and also from Hi-5's recent shows in front of massive crowds at the South Street Seaport in NYC.

    6.9.06: Today we've added our first batch of wonderful pictures from Hi-5's shows at the LA Times Festival of Books. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do. We also want to remind everyone to watch Hi-5 on NBC's "Today" show on Monday!

    6.1.06: We've had a few requests for our video clips from Busch Gardens, so we thought we'd add them to the website sooner rather than later. We hope you enjoy them!

    5.29.06: Today's update comes from the hotel lobby in Williamsburg, VA, where Hi-5 performed to SRO crowds at the 1000-seat Globe Theatre at Busch Gardens. :) We'll be adding some goodies to the site from Hi-5's shows here soon, after we add many great pics from the LA Times Festival of Books. In the meantime, we want to extend our congratulations to Curtis and Jenn on their recent engagement (with plans to be married in the summer of 2007) -- we're so thrilled for both of you!

    5.23.06: We're really excited to point out that Hi-5 will be appearing on NBC's "Today" show on Monday, June 12th, making their third appearance on "Today" in less than a year. Way to go, Hi-5!

    5.21.06: We've updated our Hi-5 Appearances section with some preliminary information about Hi-5's shows at the PNE late this summer. We're thrilled that Hi-5 will be returning to Vancouver in 2006.

    5.19.06: Here is a link for today's article in The New York Times featuring Curtis and his girlfriend Jenn. As soon as we get permission, we'll add the complete article to the site. In the meantime, congratulations for a wonderful write-up, Curtis and Jenn!

    5.17.06: We wanted to point out that we’ve recently added some links in our Multimedia section to several great off-site video clips featuring Hi-5 as well as Curtis with his Rent castmates. There have been so many fun clips, especially over the past couple of months, that we wanted to make them easy to locate along with our own collection of clips. We threw in a couple of our favorite interviews from the Hi-5 mall tour, too!

    5.11.06: We've added a super picture of Curtis attending the Daytime Emmy Awards ceremony at the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood at the end of April. We've also updated our Hi-5 Appearances section with information about Hi-5 performing in Akron at the end of July.

    5.5.06: Today marks the day when Curtis' commercial for Fidelity Investments starts to air, so keep on the lookout for it! We'll also point out that The New York Times article featuring Curtis is now scheduled to be published on May 19th. We also want to mention that we'll soon be adding some fantastic pictures from Hi-5's fun and amazing time in LA last weekend, so stay tuned.

    5.1.06: Today we want to link to another fun clip from the Rent anniversary benefit last week. You can catch Curtis singing a couple of times during the 6:15-7:15ish time interval. :)

    4.28.06: We have some really wonderful news today:
  • First of all, Curtis will be appearing in a commercial for Fidelity Investments scheduled to start airing next Friday, May 5th.
  • Also, Curtis will be featured in an article along with his girlfriend Jenn Gambatese in The New York Times, which, coincidentally, is tentatively scheduled to be published on May 5th.
  • Finally, check out this link to see a few of the Discovery commercials with Lance Armstrong. Thanks to Michelle for pointing this one out to us.

    4.26.06: Curtis joined fellow Rent alumni, the Original Broadway Cast, and the current Broadway cast of Rent at the Nederlander Theatre in NYC during Rent's 10th anniversary benefit show held earlier this week. Curtis and the other Rent alumni joined the on-stage cast at the end of the show (for a total of about 90 actors altogether!) to sing "Seasons of Love" to close out the evening's special performance. You can see Curtis briefly on the clip here at about 6:00! :)

    4.24.06: Today we've added some wonderful pictures from Hi-5's recent shows in San Diego, thanks to Jennifer and her family. Thank you again, Jennifer, for sharing your great photos with us!

    4.21.06: With today's update we want to point out a fantastic clip of Hi-5 performing "Some Kind of Wonderful" in the KUSI TV studio while they were in San Diego last week. You have to check it out!

    4.20.06: Our Hi-5 Appearances section has been updated with information about new shows added to the Hi-5 schedule over the next few months, with great news for Hi-5 fans in and around New York City; Edmonton, Alberta, Canada; and New Albany, Ohio. Also, we're excited to report that the Hi-5 commercials with Lance Armstrong (see update of 3.12.06) have just started airing on the Discovery networks, so be on the lookout for them!

    4.17.06: Some pictures from Hi-5's recent shows in Tampa have been added to the site, thanks to Gail. Gail, thanks again for sending your great photos to us! Coming up soon: Some wonderful pictures from Hi-5's shows in San Diego this past weekend.

    4.10.06: Thanks to Krista and Zach, we've added some really wonderful pictures from Hi-5's shows at the PNE last summer. Thank you again for sending your amazing photos to us. We love them! :) We'll also soon be adding some photos from Hi-5's shows in Tampa this past weekend, so stay tuned.

    4.5.06: Today we update our Hi-5 Appearances section with showtimes for Hi-5's shows in Orlando later this month!

    4.4.06: We've updated our Hi-5 Appearances section with showtimes and other information about Hi-5's shows at SeaWorld in San Diego during the second weekend of April (thanks, Jennifer!) and at the LA Times Festival of Books at the end of the month (thanks, Dana!).

    3.31.06: We have some more info about Hi-5's shows in Tampa next weekend, including a copy of the full-page advertisement placed in the two major daily newspapers in the Tampa Bay region (thanks, Tara!) as well as some additional information about getting tickets for the shows at the park.

    3.25.06: Our Hi-5 Appearances section has been updated with showtimes and other information about Hi-5's shows in Tampa Bay two weeks from now!

    3.17.06: Today's update brings mixed news. First, the good: Hi-5 shows have been confirmed for Sesame Place for both June and September this year, as we highlight in our Hi-5 Appearances section. In other news, plans have just been changed, and Hi-5 will not be getting together next month to put together a new live show for this year's currently scheduled appearances. Looks like we'll just have to wait a little longer to hear the newest Hi-5 songs performed live!

    3.12.06: With today's update we report the following cool news:
  • New dates and locations for Hi-5's upcoming shows are being confirmed right now, including an outdoor appearance in NYC in early June!
  • Beginning in April, all of the Discovery networks will be airing a new TV commercial featuring Hi-5! In a series of commercials for "The Race to Replace" Lance ad campaign, Lance Armstrong will be featured along with celebrities from TV shows on the Discovery networks, including Hi-5, “Crocodile Hunter” Steve Irwin, "Medical Examiner" Dr. G, “MythBuster” Adam Savage, etc. Curtis provides some great information and pictures here.

    3.10.06: We've updated our Hi-5 Merchandise section and our CBS "The Saturday Early Show" page with wonderful pictures of the prototype Hi-5 dolls displayed on CBS last weekend. We extend a huge thank you to the Hi-5 fansite and to Scott (again!) for sharing these great photos with us.

    3.6.06: Today we've added some great pictures from Hi-5's appearance on CBS' "The Saturday Early Show" this past weekend, thanks to the ever-awesome Scott and his family. Scott, as *always*, thanks for being so wonderful to us. You're the best!

    3.5.06: We want to congratulate "Hi-4" for their wonderful performance on CBS' "The Saturday Early Show" yesterday. (We missed you, Shaun!) We were also thrilled to see brand-new Hi-5 plush dolls displayed on the show, and we really can't wait for these items to hit store shelves in the future. (Keep your fingers crossed!) Stay tuned for some pictures from Hi-5's great time at the CBS studios.

    2.22.06: Thanks to Benjamin, Noah, and Deborah, we've added a great new picture from Hi-5's shows in Orlando in November. Thank you so much for sharing your fantastic picture with us -- we really appreciate it!

    2.17.06: Some additional details about Hi-5's upcoming performance on CBS' "Saturday Early Show" have been released today. Fans are encouraged to join the crowd at the CBS studios! You can find out all of the details in our Hi-5 Appearances section.

    2.13.06: We promised that we'd be adding some more Hi-5 video clips to the site, and today we've added our first new clip for 2006. We thought it would be fun to begin by featuring some of Curtis' favorite moments from "Hi-5," and, best of all, he edited this Highlight Video himself! We really hope you enjoy it.

    2.8.06: We have an outstanding update today: For the second year in a row, "Hi-5" has been nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in the category of Outstanding Children's Pre-School Series! You can find the complete list of nominees here (scroll about half-way down to locate "Hi-5"). The 33rd annual awards ceremony will be held on April 28th. Congratulations, again, to everyone associated with "Hi-5!"

    2.2.06: We've added a few new Hi-5 promotional pictures to our Hi-5 Press and Publicity section. We hope you enjoy them. We'll also note that showtimes have been confirmed for Hi-5's shows at Busch Gardens Williamsburg in May, and we've updated our Hi-5 Appearances section with the new information.

    1.25.06: Today we update with some wonderful pictures from Hi-5's appearances at Sesame Place in October. Thank you so much Owen, Ashley, and Richie for sharing your great photos with us. We really appreciate it.

    1.18.06: We have a fantastic update today! Not only do we get to wish Curtis a very Happy Birthday, but we also get to confirm a whole series of upcoming Hi-5 shows for later this year, as we detail in our Hi-5 Appearances section. Confirmed shows thus far include stops in Florida, California, Virginia, and Minnesota.

    1.17.06: Wonderful news! Hi-5 is scheduled to appear on CBS' "Saturday Early Show" on Saturday, March 4th (subject to that day's breaking news events), where they are slated to perform two of their songs. Our Hi-5 Appearances section has also been updated with this great information.

    1.12.06: Well, if you're a regular visitor to our website, perhaps the best thing we can say is, "Welcome to our Extreme Makeover!" ;) We wanted to add some additional features to the site, including our new Hi-5 Merchandise section, our new Contact section, and our re-organized Hi-5 Appearances and "Hi-5" TV Episodes sections, and we thought we'd re-do the site while we were at it. We know you've enjoyed our 'old' look, and we hope you'll enjoy our 'new' look, too.

    1.1.06: Happy New Year, everyone! We wish everyone a very happy and healthy 2006, and we wish Hi-5 another wonderful, successful year, too!
