Friday we drive and drive and drive, and we stop at Cracker Barrel and Elmo gets a necklace that originally said "I (heart) Renata" but ended up as "I (cheese) Rfnata." And then more driving. And then my parents drop us off at Hancher Auditorium to meet my friend Megan. She is late because of marching band, but she shows up and we talk and talk and then go to the stage door. We get a few pictures but mostly we want to talk to Curtis. We love Curtis. We ask him about oueinterview. He looks panicked so we tell him we can do it tomorrow. He says that would be good; there is rejoicing. I forget my coat by the stage door, so we go back to get it and run into Brian Love and get pictures and then forget about my coat. Then we walk back. Then my mom calls me, and I'm like, "Um, just a sec, I left my coat by the stage door." So I run and run and get my coat.

The next day, we get to Hancher a little before 6, and the line fills around 6:15. Lucky us. Megan has a very large bag of animal crackers, and I have a very large back of peanut butter M&M's. At first we just have little animal cracker battles, but then we start shoving M&M's on the heads of animal crackers (it's harder than it sounds!) and start an army of 2 headed evil cats. I took a lot of pictures but mostly they didn't come out. A range rover pulls up to Hancher and I want Megan and Elmo to go sit on it so I can take a picture, but they are lazy. I whine and whine. The ranger rover drives away. I am sad. THen we start coloring on animal crackers to make them look like Rent characters. I save them in my wallet for distribution later.

Then we finally get our tickets and we go to Megan's house, and I try to get her cat to bite Elmo, but it bites me instead. I am sad. Stupid cat. Then we drive around and get Chinese food and go back to Hancher and see the show! YAY! It is wonderful but I will review it later. During Seasons of Love Megan and I were staring at Curtis the whole time, and he was on stage right and we were in the stage left side of the auditorium, but all of a sudden he turns his head and looks right at us and smiles and winks. Megan and I are very very happy. Elmo is staring at Christian the whole time. Jake is on as Angel and he is very cute and huggable.

Then at the stage door Elmo stalks Christian and Megan and I give our Gordon animal cracker to Curtis. He puts it in the collar of his turtleneck and says he'll keep it safe. We are happy. Then we interview him and he is very funny and sweet and we are happy. And then Megan went home and Elmo and Renata went home. And we discovered that our army of 2 headed evil cats has melted, and we were sad. And Renata and Megan posted their interview on their website, Follow the Man! And it is good.
